He worked for twelve years in the Pharmaceutical sector before being attracted by the “chemistry of human development” and taking on senior management responsibilities in three multinational HR companies.

In 2004, he decided to put into practice his vision of building a life more aligned with his values and created Atesora, a firm of which he is President.  Recently attracted by technology, he co-founded the EXEKUTIVE Coaching platform for the remote practice of executive coaching.

MCC (Master Certified Coach) by ICF and Senior Coach by AECOP, being recognized as one of the 10 best Spanish coaches, he is also a regular speaker at conferences and facilitator in university masters and business schools.

Author of “La chica de los ojos del color de mi piscina” (The girl with the eyes the color of my pool), first exponent of the genre “coaching novel” and published by Planeta, and co-author of “Desnudando el alma del directivo” (Undressing the manager’s soul), an essay on the practice of coaching in senior management and “La Empresa Camaleón” (The Chameleon Company), which addresses the six levers to act after the digital transformation in companies.
